Rise and Shine Smoothie
Laila makes a delicious, satisfying smoothie to start your day.
Serves: 2 to 3

½ cup strawberries
½ cup pineapple
½ cup oats
2 tablespoons almond butter or peanut butter
2 cups almond milk (or other milk)
2 teaspoons raw honey
1 handful spinach
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
1–2 cups ice
Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth. Add water as needed.
