These grilled steak strips are served on skewers with a flavorful dipping sauce and simple soba noodles.

Ingredients
For the Skewers
1 tablespoon Soulful Seasoning Salt
2 teaspoons Sassy Seasoning Blend
2 strip steaks, about 1" thick, 1½ pounds total, sliced into thick strips, room temperature
1 tablespoon olive oil
Kosher salt
Freshly ground pepper
6 green onions, ends chopped off

For the Dipping Sauce
½ cup ponzu
¼ cup finely grated carrot
¼ cup finely grated daikon (Japanese white radish)

For the Side Dish
Prepared soba noodles
White pepper to taste
Soy sauce to taste
Sesame seeds

Steps
  1. Heat grill to medium-high

  2. Brush steak strips with oil, season with Soulful Seasoning Salt and Sassy Seasoning Blend

  3. Skewer the steaks strips

  4. Cook each side (four sides total) for 1½ minutes each to desired doneness. Let rest for 5 minutes

  5. As the skewers are resting, grill the green onions for 1 to 2 minutes

  6. In a small bowl, mix ponzu, carrot and daikon

  7. Season the preboiled soba noodles with white pepper and soy sauce. Garnish with sesame seeds

  8. Serve the steak skewers atop a heap of soba noodles. Garnish with green onions and serve dipping sauce on the side
