MILLENNIUM MOM SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
1. HERE’S HOW TO ENTER: Beginning 12:01 a.m. (ET) on 9/1/08, eligible U.S. residents may visit www.homemadesimple.com/mm_sweeps and eligible Canadian residents may visit www.homemadesimple.ca/mm_sweeps and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the entry form and submit an entry into the Sweepstakes. There will be 3 monthly drawings: September, October and November 2008. Entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on the last day of each month to be eligible for that month's drawing and the Grand Prize drawing. Non-winning monthly entries will not be rolled over into subsequent monthly drawings but will be eligible for the Grand Prize drawing. Limit one entry per email address per day. If more than one entry is received per person per day, only the first such entry received will be eligible.
2. ELIGIBILITY: This promotion is open only to residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry or residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who are the legal age of majority in the province or territory in which they reside at time of entry. Employees of Procter & Gamble, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and internet agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. All federal, state, municipal, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. Void in the Canadian province of Quebec and where prohibited by law.
3. RANDOM DRAWINGS: Random monthly drawings will be conducted approximately 7 days following the entry deadline date for each monthly drawing from among all eligible entries received for that month's drawing. The random drawing to award the one Grand Prize will be conducted on or about 12/8/08 from among all eligible entries received by 11/30/08. Random drawings will be conducted by D.L. Blair, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this offer. Odds of winning a monthly prize will depend upon the number of eligible entries received for that month. Odds of winning a Grand Prize will depend upon the number of eligible entries received by the promotion closing date. Winners will be notified by mail.
4. PRIZES: Four (4) prizes, with a total approximate retail value of $2,075 U.S. Dollars (USD) will be awarded as follows: 1 Grand Prize - 3 hours consultation at winner's home by "Millennium Mom" author, Joanna Zucker, based on the theme of her book. Author will consult on the many phases in the life of a millennium mom and give helpful ideas on how to transition through these phases and live more simply from day to day. (ARV: $2,000 USD). Three (3) Monthly First Prizes - a "Millennium Mom" book, autographed by the author (ARV $25 ea. USD). Prizes are valued in U.S. Dollars. Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. Appearance by Joanna Zucker is subject to availability and at discretion of Sponsor. Limit one prize per person or household.
5. GENERAL RULES: If potential Grand Prize winner is a U.S. resident, winner (or parent/legal guardian if potential winner is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence) will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, Prize Acceptance Form and, if legally permissible, a Publicity Release within 10 days of attempted delivery of same. Noncompliance within this time period or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. To be declared a winner, residents of Canada must correctly answer an arithmetical skill-testing question and execute a Declaration and Release Form to release Procter & Gamble and its agencies and representatives from liability with respect to contests and prizes within 10 days of attempted delivery of same. Noncompliance within this time period or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. All taxes and/or duties, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of winner. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. By accepting prize, winners (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor) agree to hold Sponsor, its respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. Winners (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor) assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winners' names and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, including a winners' list, unless prohibited by law. Entrants (or parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor) agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, its respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless from and against any and all liability and damages. By participating in this promotion, entrants (or parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor) agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the judges' decisions which are final. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the English version of the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. All material submitted becomes the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prizes.

In the event of termination, a notice will be posted online and the drawing will be conducted from among all eligible entries received prior to termination. Any damage made to the Web Site will be the responsibility of the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. Proof of submitting entries will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like methods of participation will void all such submissions by such methods.
