to enjoy enhanced features like these.
You’ll need several transparent plastic or fabric bins, paper and a marker, or a printer/label maker if you’re feeling more high tech.
Label each bin.
One bin for each size: newborn, 0-3 months, 3-6 months, 6-9 months, 9-12 months, 12-18 months, 18-24 months, 2T, 3T and so on. You can just slip a label on the inside of the transparent bin with a
couple of pieces of tape to secure it.
As you organize clothes and linens, tuck a few Bounce® Dryer Sheets in your drawers and closets to help keep fabrics smelling fresh. Use these 4-in-1 sheets in your dryer, too; they freshen, control static, soften fabrics and help repel pet hair. Make sure to keep out of reach of toddlers and pets to avoid accidental ingestion.
Sort, sort, sort.
Keep a box handy for stained clothes you can use as kitchen rags. The
rest get sorted by size. If you have a coat or something that can encompass a range of sizes (say, 6-12 months), stick it in the bin of the lower size
(in this case, 3-6 months).
It may seem laborious to fold such teeny baby clothes, but you’ll save on space and avoid the need for an extra bin in a particular size.
Sort shoes, too!
don’t usually get sized by age like clothing does, so it’s best to stick them in a bin (sizes 1-3 together, for example) in case baby number two’s feet
are slightly larger or smaller.
Stack them high.
Bins are stackable for easy storage, and transparent bins allow for you to take a quick glance to see which bins are full and which ones are pretty
If closet space is limited, try storing baby clothes under the bed.
Now all that’s left to do is cuddle your sweet baby (and maybe catch up on some sleep).
