For a 30-minute-meal the whole family will love, try this simple five-ingredient recipe. Featuring flaky, orange-fleshed salmon filets, crisp asparagus and aromatic seasonings, it’s quick, easy and nutritious!

Orange Ginger Salmon & Aspragus
Serves 4
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 15 minutes

INGREDIENTS
Parchment paper
4 (6-8 ounce) skinless salmon filets
1 bunch asparagus (at least 20 spears), trimmed
1 cup soy sauce
2 oranges, zested* and juiced
2 tablespoons dried ginger

*Tip: Orange zest is an easy way to add fresh fragrance and flavor to foods. For a fine, fluffy zest, try a micro-plane grater. Or slice off thin strips with a vegetable peeler, then mince them.

INSTRUCTIONS
    1. Preheat oven to 400°F. With scissors, cut out 4 12x12” squares of parchment paper.
    2. Place each salmon filet in the center of a square, then top with 5 asparagus spears. Sprinkle them with orange zest and dried ginger, then drizzle with soy sauce and orange juice.
    3. Tightly wrap the parchment paper around each filet and tuck the ends under. Transfer all to a 9x13” baking dish.
    4. Bake for 15 minutes, until salmon is firm to the touch and the asparagus is cooked through. Carefully open the packets, then serve with couscous or rice.
