    When you dip crunchy sweet potato chips in velvety smooth chocolate, you get delicious flavor and texture in every bite. Served as a snack or appetizer, it’s a true delight to taste buds.

Chocolate-Dipped Sweet Potato Chips
Serves: 10-20
Prep time: 10 minutes

INGREDIENTS
1 bag sweet potato chips
1 bag (12 ounces) milk chocolate chips.
Sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Boil water in a medium pot and line a tray with parchment paper.
2. Place chocolate chips in a glass or metal bowl and set it on top of the pot of boiling water to create a double boiler. Cooking the chocolate this way will prevent burning.
3. Stir chocolate with a metal or wooden spoon until smooth and melted. Carefully remove from heat.
4. Dip one end of each sweet potato chip in the melted chocolate. Place on prepared tray and sprinkle each with a pinch of sea salt.
5. Refrigerate until the chocolate is firm, then serve.
