    For a delicious dessert, give s’mores a simple, special touch. Add banana slices, then heat them on the grill until they’re perfectly melted.

Banana S'mores
Serves 2-4
Prep time: 3 minutes
Cook time: 1 minute

INGREDIENTS
2 ripe bananas
1 bag of large marshmallows
6 graham crackers, halved
6 (2-3”) squares of chocolate, dark or milk

INSTRUCTIONS
    1. Thoroughly clean off the grill, then preheat to medium.
    2. Peel banana and slice into 1” pieces. Thread one marshmallow and one banana piece on each skewer, then place skewers on a portable grate or wire cooling rack.
    3. Place grate on grill, then heat until marshmallows are melted, flipping once. In the meantime, place graham crackers on grate, then top each with a chocolate square and grill until melted.
    4. Slide marshmallows and banana pieces onto prepared graham crackers, then top each with a plain graham cracker.
Tip: When using skewers, allow the ends to hang off the grill so they don’t get too hot.
