One of the first signs of spring, green is great for refreshing the home after a long grey winter. From sunny chartreuse and pale honeydew to jewel-toned emerald and soothing sage, there’s a hue that’s perfect for you.

honeydewHoneydew: Like the flesh of the fruit it’s named for, this muted pastel is sweet and subtle. Brighten the bathroom by draping honeydew hand towels with pale, bubblegum pink washcloths.

celdaonCeladon: Greyish sea-foam green is understated and timeless. Make it pop with a bright purple, or look for celadon-hued fabric in a bold botanical pattern.

sageSage: A soothing earth tone, soft, silver-tinged sage is perfect for painting bedroom walls—paired with rich chocolate brown accents, it hits a relaxing, restful note.

chartrueseChartreuse: It’s sunny, sophisticated, and especially elegant when paired with ivory or plum. Try lining dark-stained wood shelves and mantels with high-gloss accents in these hues.

larlequinHarlequin: Super-saturated lime green strikes a playful chord in any space. For a toned down look, try a harlequin and charcoal-patterned floor rug or wall tapestry.

kellyKelly: Pay homage to the lush, rolling landscapes of the world with this bright, cheerful hue. For a classic colour scheme, couple it with navy blue.

Quick Tip

FebrezeGreen is more than a color—it's the smell of fresh forest air. Create a full sensory experience with the latest scent from Febreze®, New Zealand Springs™. Available in a variety of your favourite products*, this scent is inspired by New Zealand's south island where springs feed glacier-carved streams and verdant vistas.

emeraldEmerald: Like the prized precious gem, this jewel-toned green is simply stunning and even grander when paired with lustrous gold. We also love filling emerald-tinted bud vases with colourful, fresh-cut pansies.

oliveOlive: Bordering on brown, olive is our favourite green for upholstered furniture, especially in the dining room. Play up its warm undertones with lemon yellow trim.
